Amy grew up in Tyler and brings a local perspective and knowledge base that surpasses people's expectations. Her goal is to professionally guide her clients in the process of selling or buying a home and have fun along the way. She brings a fresh perspective and a young vitality into the entire real estate experience. This is usually the largest investment an individual makes and she wants them to enjoy the process.

 

She is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, with recognition for several sales at or above two million dollars. Named as one of America’s Best Real Estate Professionals in the top 1.49% of 1.6M agents nationwide and #295 of 148,424 agents in Texas. Also, named as number 2 agent in sales volume amongst 5500 NextHome agents nationwide.

 

Prior to real estate she was the principal in her marketing consulting firm specializing in helping companies re-brand or establish new brands in the local and national marketplace. She uses this business and marketing expertise to position her clients' homes in the best way possible leading to higher sales prices and shorter times on the market. 

 

In 2011, Amy started to work along side her husband as a licensed agent and then in 2019, they opened up their own real estate brokerage NextHome Neighbors. She and her husband Gonzalo have been married since 2003 and have 3 children. They love being able to support their community through volunteering and involvement in local organizations including the East Texas Symphony Orchestra, Tyler Young Life, East Texas Crisis Center and The Women’s Fund.
