This was our first time selling a house, and Amy did a great job explaining every detail and making us feel at ease throughout the entire process. We also appreciated that she took notes on little things to tell our buyers about their new home that weren’t necessarily selling points, but “fun facts”, like the owl that we grew fond of who lived in the trees in our yard, or the hidden features of the neighborhood that we enjoyed daily. That showed us that Amy listened to everything we said, building personal connections and making the process feel like more than just a transaction.
